In theGardens of our Dreams – will focus on the earthly sensitivity of sounds and words. An impatient and insecure body from a shivering flesh attune to thevibrations of the world. The power of Butoh dance in its mischievousness and burlesque side will be in questof the forgotten traces of an archaic memory, fleeting like a perfume.
Dancers willwork from their own style and sensitivity through guided improvisations. During the interval, we will stay related through videos of soli and duets sharing thischallenging situation open on the unexpected!
The objective of the work is to experiment the wholeness and unity and feel a collective empowerment.

Butoh dance opens up uncharted territories, in imaginary, spirit and body. Movement comes from the inner states, perceptions and images.
Tatsumi Hijikata and Kazuo Ohno are the founders of the artistic movement in Japan.
